To request a repeat prescription, simply fill out the form below and submit.
Standard prescriptions may take up to 3 hours to prepare (within business hours). Compliance packaging requests (blister packs and sachet rolls) require 24 hours’ notice.
Once your medication is ready, you’ll receive a text message. If your repeats are not due or there are stock issues, we’ll contact you via your provided mobile number.
Frequently Asked Questions
Who can use the repeat reminder service?
Anyone with a repeat prescription from a doctor where the original has been dispensed at our pharmacy can use this service.
Can I transfer my repeats to Seddon Pharmacy?
Your repeats need to be collected at the same pharmacy that dispenses the original prescription. We can only dispense repeats for prescriptions we have originally dispensed.
What happens if my prescription has no repeats left?
If your prescription has no repeats left then we will text you on your provided mobile number letting you know there are no repeats left and that you must organise a new prescription with your doctor.
How will I know my prescription is ready?
We will send a text to your provided mobile number stating that your prescription is ready to collect.
What do I do if I need my prescription urgently?
For any urgent requests please call us on 09 239 1415 so that we can push through your request as soon as possible.
